Return

In accordance with consumer rights, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. The return must be initiated and completed within 30 days of receipt.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at customer@tolix.com.
